Drop - he is active, but not because of his inactivity. he is a skilled player but with a lack of interest in the clan. hanging out with his insta friends (nothing against that) and denying to play with us some funwars, almost all the time. he is maybe active in the forum, but he is lacking in motivation to hang out with us. few weeks after his joining he was thinking of creating a funclan with a friend (multiclaning is against the rules, just to mention) which really was disturbing and shows, how he respects our clan and is interested in it. on top of that, the insults and flame he initiated on his team mates because they've made a small mistake. once is ok, but doing that constantly (i witnessed that) is way of the toleration limit. with his behavior he is influencing the clan harmony in a negative way. those are the reasons why he is being banned out of EVIL. Rejoining is not an option for him anymore.
Doni - presented him during his application time as a nice and comfortable guy. we were really thinking that he would be fitting into our scheme, but we were wrong. he has some problems with the communication. first he wasn't communicating at all, but when he started to chat, it was more insulting than doing good or to have fun reading it. also a point worth to mention, he was ignoring (not afk) some people who tried to talk to them. i have received a few complaints about that. with that behavior he really messed up the harmony in the clan, i won't go into the details. many members have had problems with that and even we have tried to correct him and to show whim where the problems were, it did not show any satisfying results. his behavior is not the thing we are looking for. therefore he is being also dismissed.
I am sorry that it has come to this but you leave me no choice. good luck in finding a new clan and i hope that you will learn something out of this text.
