Greetings

We have made some changes to the EsT Guidelines. The main goal is to get some more members for our team and to improve the activity. Here are the changes:

- only 1 medal is necessary - bronze membership

- instead of the other medals, you need following: good skill, good character and basic knowledge of TW

- every silver medal gives special benefits after joining EsT

- applications are no longer possible, instead of applications there are going to be invitations by the EsT members

- by accepting an invitation, you are automatically being listed as EsT :)

Rejoin rule still applies for this regulations. Rejoiners have to do the double amount of medals. Instead Bronze > Silver and Silver > Gold.
