After a long argue about how to improve the member activity, we have finally come to an decision. We will set in a new system, which will also affect your applications for the EsT squad.
Until today, just few things were important to join EsT - at least 2 months, skill and behavior. That has changed now.
We are introducing to you our new medal system. Medals can be seen as rewards for activity and they are important for those who want to join EsT. Each activity section contains 3 medals, bronze, silver and gold. You can earn medals for: - Membership (3, 6 & 12 months) - Forum activity (250, 500, 1000+ posts) - Clanwars (10, 20, 40 participated clanwars - screenshot per round necessary!!!) - TS activity (hours spent in ts, 30, 50, 100) One more activity point will be Training, but because we have temporary a break in that point, it will have to wait.
Now, the thing that surely interests you the most is the subject name "New EsT guidelines". To be able to join EsT, you will need: - 3 medals: 1 silver clanwar medal and 2 bronze medals free of choice
If that has been achieved, you are free to apply for EsT. But that doesn´t mean that you will be EsT for sure. Don´t forget that we are looking for more than just activity. Be polite and friendly as always :)
We have already put the actual medals into the member profile sites (viewable in the memberlist). At the end of every month, we will check the status again and announce here on the page, who has been rewarded with new activity medals :)
Good Luck _______________________________________________ Nach langem diskutieren wie wir die Aktivität der Mitglieder steigern können, sind wir zu folgendem entschluss gekommen. Wir haben ein neues System aufgestellt, was auch die EsT Mitgliedschafft beinflußt
Bis heute waren nur paar Sachen wichtig um EsT zu sein - mindestens 2 Monate Mitglied, Skill und Verhalten. Das hat sich nun geändert.
Wir stellen euch nun das neue Ordensystem vor. Orden können als Auszeichnungen für Aktivität gesehen werden und diese sind auch wichtig für die Mitglieder die EsT beitreten wollen. Jede Aktivitäts Sektion beinhaltet 3 Orden, Bronze, Silber und Gold. Orden für: - Mitglieddschaft (3,6 & 12 Monate) - Forums aktivität (250, 500, 1000+ Beiträge) - Gespielte Clanwars (10. 20, 40 teilgenommene - pro runde 1 Screenshot als beweis nötig!) - TS aktivität (Stunden im TS verbracht, 30, 50, 100) Ein weiterer Aktivitätspunkt wird Training sein, aber wegen der derzeitigen Pause wird es noch warten müssen.
Nun zum Teil der euch am meisten interesiert und der oben als Betreff angezeigt wird "Neue EsT Richtlinien". Um EsT beitreten zu können, müsst ihr folgendes erfüllen: - 3 Orden: 1 silber clanwar Orden und 2 bonze Orden frei nach wahl.
Wenn das erreicht worden ist, könnt ihr euch für EsT bewerben. Aber das heist nicht das man auch aufgenommen wird. Nicht vergessen das wir auch mehr als nur Aktivität wollen. Seid höflich und freundlich wie immer :)
Wir haben schon die aktuellen Orden an jedes Mitglied verteilt (diese kann man in der Memberliste sehen). Am ende jeden Monats werden wir einen Check durchführen und hier auf der Page verkünden wer mit neuen Orden belohnt wird :)
