How it works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nikjldMnHFU How to get it working: - download the client - open with winzip/rar (or similar) - start the client - open the f1 console and enter: cl_antiping 1 - enjoy CAUTION it's a bit confusing at the begining so you will have to get used to it.
